A session at Dryp Yoga combines traditional hot yoga formats with a more modern, fitness-driven studio environment. Classes are held in infrared-heated rooms, creating a steady, dry heat that feels different from conventional hot yoga studios. Expect a strong focus on breath, endurance, and sustained movement, with sessions ranging from structured Bikram sequences to higher-intensity sculpt, barre, and Pilates formats.

The atmosphere is clean, minimal, and technology-led, with a mix of restorative and performance-focused classes running throughout the day. Higher-intensity sessions incorporate strength and conditioning elements, while slower Yin and candlelight classes shift the focus toward recovery and mobility.

Pre-visit communication was clear and efficient, with staff providing helpful information on classes, pricing and booking. The call was handled professionally and gave us a good understanding of what to expect, although the interaction remained quite standard with no personalisation.

On arrival, check-in was smooth and well organised, but there was limited guidance for a first-time visit. Key details such as where to find towels, lockers and changing areas were not explained unless we asked, and there was no clear direction on where to wait before class. Interactions were polite but brief, with little effort to build a connection. After class, there was no follow-up or conversation around the session or next steps, and we needed to ask about ongoing training options ourselves.

The warmup prepared the group well, and the flow of the class remained smooth from start to finish, with clear timing and transitions.

The coach created a positive and engaging atmosphere, checking in before the class and making sure we were set up and comfortable. Progressions were offered, and there was encouragement to work at an appropriate level. There were limited individual corrections during the session, and some movements felt slightly technical for an all-levels class, but overall the session was well run, motivating and enjoyable.

The layout allowed for a smooth flow throughout the session, with enough space to move safely and complete exercises without restriction.

The temperature was slightly warm during the session, but aside from this the space supported the workout well.

The setup worked well, although the design and amenity range were fairly simple, and some small details such as worn towels and lack of hangers slightly reduced the overall finish. Showers and bathrooms were well maintained and reliable, and the overall space remained practical and easy to use.

The digital journey was smooth and easy to navigate. Booking through WhatsApp was quick and responsive, and the process was completed without any issues. The website and app provided additional booking options, with a clear and user-friendly system that made it easy to manage sessions.

Social media channels were active and consistent, with fast responses and content that reflected the in-studio experience. Email communication was less consistent, with some variation in tone and quality, but overall the digital experience remained reliable and accessible.
