What To Expect From A Frame Yoga Session

Frame offers a huge range of class options such as yoga, Pilates, barre, cardio and strength classes.

Each modality is broken down into a large variety of fun and lively class types - for example, if yoga is your thing, you can try the Power Yoga or the more traditional Yin Yoga class. If cardio and strength is more your vibe, you have diverse options such as Box Fit or Kettlebells, to name just a few. Frame even offers a “Party Class” range, which include 80s Aerobics or 90s Dance Cardio classes.

It’s safe to say that at Frame, there’s something for everyone.

The Reception Service

The reception experience at the club started on a strong note, with the pre-visit call answered quickly and handled in a friendly, knowledgeable way. The information provided helped us feel prepared for our visit.

On arrival, the check-in process was smooth and the team greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone from the start. They were happy to answer questions and shared useful details about the layout and facilities once prompted, though they didn’t go out of their way to ask anything about us or offer guidance on where to wait before class.

The departure felt friendly but flat, with no effort made to ask about the class experience or encourage us to book another visit. While package details were discussed confidently when we asked, there wasn’t an attempt to connect those options to our needs or close the conversation with a clear next step.

The Class Experience

Frame Shoreditch received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.

The class had a calm and steady flow that left us feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The coach brought a relaxed, friendly energy to the room, keeping the atmosphere light and easy to follow.

However, the experience lacked a personal touch. There wasn’t an effort to learn or use anyone’s name, and no individual adjustments or guidance were offered, even when opportunities arose. While the instructions for each posture were clear and easy to follow, the absence of hands-on support or corrections meant the class felt a little more general than tailored.

The session wrapped up smoothly, with a clear thank you and a proper cooldown to wind things down. Our coach was available to answer questions afterwards, but there wasn’t any follow-up with first-timers or effort to connect us to the wider community.

The Equipment And Studio

The studio had a clean, fresh feel and offered plenty of room to move, which made the class comfortable. Everything was spotless, from the training floor to the mirrors, and the overall setup felt strong.

While the space worked well for the class, it lacked any real brand personality. The warmth was a bit much at the start with ceiling heaters running, though our coach turned them off halfway through, making the environment more comfortable.

Equipment-wise, everything was in great condition and fully stocked, with enough for everyone. It just would’ve been nice to see some branding or thoughtful setup details to tie the look of the room together.

The Facilities And Public Areas

Frame’s public areas had a great first impression. The club’s bold branding popped up everywhere, from the bright colors on the walls to the playful “Sweet endorphins this way” sign at the entrance. The exposed brick arches, plants, and vibrant painted ceilings made the space feel both stylish and upbeat, while the R’n’B soundtrack and subtle aromatherapy scent tied it all together.

The changing area was on the smaller side, but it was tidy and offered thoughtful touches like working hairdryers and plenty of towels.

Shower facilities were solid, with good water pressure and stocked toiletries. Complimentary water from glass dispensers and a few paid drink options like Kombucha added a nice finish, making the overall space feel fresh and functional.

Digital And Technology

Frame's website had a professional look that really reflected the brand’s fun, energetic vibe. It was easy to navigate, with class schedules, instructor bios, and class descriptions laid out clearly.

Social media was another strong point, with Instagram and Facebook regularly updated with fresh, on-brand content. Posts gave a clear sense of what it’s like to train at Frame, and links in the bio made it straightforward to head straight into booking. The app worked well for reservations, and while there weren’t any tech extras that really enhanced the in-studio experience, there was the option to join live-stream classes.
